After landing at Chopin Airport, pick up your luggage from the belt.
Let us know - once you have your bags
Once you have your luggage, tap “I have my luggage” in the link from the SMS or the e-mail (or simply call us). Then go up to the DEPARTURES level - that is where the driver picks you up.
The driver picks you up
We drive up to the departures level - the same spot where we dropped you off (terminals A and B). Any time of day.
Get your car
You return to the parking and drive off in your car. That's it.

Once you have your luggage, let us know: tap the “I have my luggage” link from the SMS or the e-mail (or simply call us). The driver sets off straight away and you see the status: “Driver on the way”.

How to get back from the airport to the car park after landing?
After landing at Chopin Airport in Warsaw and collecting your baggage, you open the link we send you by SMS and e-mail and tap “I have my luggage - call the driver”. The driver sets off straight away and you can see live on the map where they are and how soon they will arrive. Prefer to call? That works too: +48 507 507 593. We pick up passengers outside the departures hall on the upper level – exactly where passengers arriving at the airport are usually dropped off. We wait in the third traffic lane by terminals A and B, opposite the Marriott Courtyard hotel.
